We do not accept refunds due to the nature of our services. We do not accept refunds for missed scheduled appointments, meaning that if you miss your scheduled appointment for any reason you will have to repurchase the service again if you want to reschedule your appointment. There is a 24-hour notice period for rescheduling (Cancelations of Scheduled Appointments Policy)

Exchange Policy for the Services (exchange policy for products is below)
We do not accept exchanges of the services that you receive from us. We accept exchanges only for orders that haven't received the purchased service, so if you want to exchange a service with another one you will have to request it within one (1) hour of your successful purchase. If the new service that you choose has a higher price than the service that you wish to exchange you will have to cover the price difference in order to receive the service from us. If the new service that you choose has a lower price than the service that you wish to exchange we will not refund you the amount of the price difference.

Cancelations of Scheduled Appointments Policy
If you want to cancel and reschedule a scheduled appointment you have a 24-hour notice period before your scheduled appointment to contact us about the cancelation and reschedule.
