• 14-Day Window: All customers worldwide can request a refund within 14 days of purchase using the automated button in the account portal.
• Services In-Progress: If work has already started on your service, you will only receive a partial (pro-rata) refund for the remaining unfulfilled portion.
• Completed Services: Once a service is fully delivered and completed, it is strictly non-refundable.
